Stuck - our life in lockdown (2020)
This emotional and heart stirring short documentary film shows our family life in lockdown during the global COVID-19 pandemic.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in early 2020 the entire world was impacted.
Due to social distancing measures and instructions to ‘stay home to stop the spread’ Tanya was not able to film people in her community.
Instead, Tanya stepped in front of the camera interviewing herself and her husband Mark Regan. She documented what the experience was like for her young family, focusing on the psychological impact of the pandemic and the steps that she took to adjust to the new World.
Her goal with this film was to create a video time capsule of her experience.
Stuck is currently on display at a local art gallery called Contemporary Art Spaces Mandurah (CASM) as part of the Reflections COVID-19 Exhibition. It is available to view at CASM from 29 August to 27 September 2020, Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm.

Finding Frances is the story of France who found a way of getting her life back on track after a devastating illness left her isolated. This short film was a finalist in the Life In Pictures Competition 2018. It was screened at Luna Leederville Cinema on 9 July 2018 as part of the Revelation International Film Festival.
